Micro holes in micro perforated films allow air to pass through and keep the rate of respiration constant. It entails creating holes in the film with a diameter of 1 mm to 2 mm using a laser, cold needle, or both.
Vegetables that are packed require micro perforation because the film guarantees that the products can breathe and that the air inside the packaging may circulate. It contributes to the preservation of the contents' quality, freshness, and integrity, extending their shelf life. The most typical micro-perforation design is a 5-line pattern, however we may manufacture other patterns based on the needs of the client or the application.
